My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were somewhat small but had a lovely balcony overlooking the Hassan II Mosque and the Medina. Unfortunately, there was no kettle or cups for making coffee. The location was convenient, near the old medina, mosque, and cornich, but the bathroom screen didn't effectively stop water, and there were issues with taxi services. Staff members like Hamza and Dunya were friendly, but there were difficulties with certain services like reservations and check-out details. The dining options lacked vegetarian choices, but the desserts were varied and delightful. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
